      • 500 g gerookt spek (in blokjes)
      • 185 ml rode wijnazijn
      • 1 kg GEGAARDE UI 10x10mm
      • 12 g SALT FINE

      PreparationInstructions de cuisson

      1. Bak de spekblokjes krokant af.
      2. Voeg de GEGAARDE UI, rode wijnazijn, suiker en SALT FINE toe.
      3. Laat het geheel 15 min sudderen.
      4. Vul af in een weckpot.
