    • 10 g HEROKAL 84
    • 50 g PAN BROODMEEL
    • TOMASO SAUS

    PreparationCooking instructions

    1. Meng alles krachtig ondereen en draai in bouletten. 
    2. Daarna koken of bakken in steamer op lage temperatuur 120°C duurtijd volgens grootte. 
    3. Overgieten met TOMASO SAUS.
